About All-Japan Nishikigoi Promotion Association

　All-Japan Nishikigoi Promotion Association is a group consisting of over 500 koi farms and dealers in Japan and from overseas. We hold shows and seminars in order to enlighten and to promote Nishikigoi in Japan and to the world. NPA members are regarded as professionals and they obtain koi keeping skills and discerning eyes for Nishikigoi.
　Niigata district cooperates with NPA as one organization comprising the association, and also carries out projects independently, in order to promote Nishikigoi, so as to utilize the attribute we have as the homeland of Nishikigoi.

Recruiting and Admission Procedures

　In order to become a member, you'd have to be either a (koi) farm producer or a (koi) dealer. Applicants may contact the district representative of his/her area and should get an approval from the district representative. Then submit the registration fee and membership fee along with the reccomendations.

Benefits of NPA members

　Members can become handling agents for entering koi shows held by NPA, such as All-Japan Nishikigoi Show / Wakagoi Show.
　Members can participate seminars held by NPA, to obtain skills and get a certificate of Nishikigoi breeding, as well as fellowship with a wide variety of members in the Association.
　Members can get discounts on examination fees of KHV and SVC from Nihon Fisheries Resource Conservation Association, in order to obtain official health certificates for exporting Nishikigoi.
